About This Experience
Chloe is a classic Venetian water limousine - the same style of wooden boat that has glided through Italian waterways for generations, now at home on the waters of Lake Como. With her warm timber lines, covered canopy, and intimate on-board atmosphere, Chloe offers something the modern fleet simply can't: the feeling that time has slowed down. Felxible departure, with the standard one being Nesso, one of the lake's most authentic and least-touristed villages, guests board a boat that is as much a part of the landscape as the villas they'll pass. Onboard, a refrigerator, stereo system, heating, and interior lighting for evening services ensure complete comfort whatever the weather or hour. Chloe accommodates up to 10 guests, making her ideal for families, small groups, and private celebrations. Every outing is captained by a native of the area - an English-speaking expert guide who knows the lake's history, its hidden corners, and its best-kept secrets.

Itinerary
Departure from Nesso
The tour begins in Nesso, one of Lake Como's most beautiful and authentic villages. Before setting off, guests can admire the famous Orrido di Nesso waterfall and the ancient Roman bridge, Ponte della Civera, directly from the water.
Brienno - The Smugglers' Village
We cross the lake following the route once used by contraband traders, arriving at Brienno - a village that became a key commercial hub for the lake's contraband trade in the 1950s.
Isola Comacina - Aperitivo on the Water
Continuing along the western shore through Argegno, Colonno and Sala Comacina, we drop anchor behind the famous Isola Comacina - one of the lake's best swimming spots. Enjoy a glass of prosecco or wine on board. Shore stops at the Lido di Ossuccio or Caffè del Porto in Argegno are also possible.
Villa del Balbiano
Admire Villa del Balbiano from the lake, one of the grandest historic villas on Lake Como, set against the Ossuccio shoreline.
Villa la Cassinella
Pass by Villa La Cassinella, a secluded private residence accessible only by boat, surrounded by perfectly maintained lakeside gardens.
Villa del Balbianello
Cruise past the iconic Villa del Balbianello, admired from the water for its dramatic terraces and famous film appearances, including Star Wars and James Bond: Casino Royale. Guests may disembark and visit the museum.
Lenno & Tremezzo
A natural pause in the pretty village of Lenno before continuing past the five-star Grand Hotel Tremezzo and museum Villa Carlotta along the Tremezzo shore.

One of Lake Como's most celebrated museums, Villa Carlotta enchants visitors with its art collections and spectacular terraced botanical gardens overlooking the water.
Bellagio
We head toward Bellagio, the jewel of Lake Como. Depending on time and stops made along the way, we either return via the eastern shore through San Giovanni, Villa Lucertola and Lezzeno - the longest village on the lake - or explore Bellagio's historic centre and famous waterfront in more depth.
